Gsertel's RCS probes, monitoring Cellnex's network since 2017
One of our most important customers, Cellnex Spain, uses more than 300 Gsertel probes to monitor its network.
Cellnex is the leading European operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures, with over 130,000 sites. Founded in Spain in 2015, Cellnex now has a presence in 12 European countries.
Thanks to its expertise and use of cutting-edge technologies, Cellnex ensures reliable and high-quality conditions for content broadcasting.
One of the key areas to guarantee broadcast quality is signal monitoring. To achieve this, Cellnex Spain relies on more than 300 Gsertel RCS probes, which continuously, remotely, and proactively monitor television and radio signals at various points in their network. These probes analyze the signals at all levels and generate alarms based on thresholds set by the client. This allows Cellnex Spain’s technicians to make informed decisions, significantly reducing diagnostic and resolution times for potential issues, thus ensuring both quality and operational efficiency across their network.
At Gsertel, we are delighted to collaborate with Cellnex Spain in the pursuit of excellence, enabling them to meet their customers' high-quality demands. We look forward to continuing this collaboration, contributing to building the present and future of telecommunications with our cutting-edge technologies and solutions in signal monitoring, measurement, and analysis.
Gabriel Loyácono, CEO of Gsertel, emphasizes the active role of Cellnex Spain’s technical team in the development of our monitoring platform:
"Cellnex Spain has been a valuable partner for Gsertel since we began working together in 2017. They have actively contributed to defining a measurement and active monitoring product tailored to their requirements, offering outstanding human capital to achieve the common goals of both companies, facilitating the deployment of their terrestrial TV transmission points throughout Spain. This collaboration goes beyond the product and extends to leading the SMARTNOC innovation project with Gsertel (Research into emerging technologies for intelligent management of communication network control centers)."
